Had an unexpected conversation at work late in the day about work stuff that triggered some work stress memories from earlier this year that are still unresolved, so after some initial sleep I'm not falling back asleep yet. I did talk with K, and then with B, each on the phone. That helped to ease me into being back at the house by myself. I wanted to talk with T also, but he's traveling today for work and I'm not sure of his circumstances.
